The Ghana Standards Authority and the EPA have established the maximum permitted ambient noise levels for residential areas as 55 decibels (dB) during the day and 48 dB at night.

How, among other places, some churches, restaurants, and event venues are in violation of the law when they create loud noises that annoy the neighborhood.
