In a letter, the Ghana police revealed a security-related traffic management plan for US Vice President Kamala Harris’ official state visit to Ghana in Accra and Cape Coast.

The general public is urged to pay attention to all driving regulations in Accra, Cape Coast, and the capital from March 26 to 29.

In order to ensure efficient and hassle-free transportation for the visitor, a section of the letter has encouraged drivers to take alternate routes wherever possible during these days of traffic management.

We also want to let you know that police officers will be stationed at various vantage points and along the highways specified above to help the general public throughout the entire time.

The police remarked, “We apologize to the public for any inconvenience these arrangements may have caused.”
