Although being on the Blues’ books for five years, Atsu never played for the first team until transferring to Everton.

Atsu played for both Chelsea and Everton in the past, and on Saturday their Premier League match ended in a 2-2 draw at Stamford Bridge.

A statement from Chelsea said the jerseys worn by the players and other items have been put up for auction to fund the completion of the school started by Atsu.
