The constituency communication officer for the okaikwei central constituency of the National Democratic congress who doubles as an Aide to the GT Accra Regional communication officer ,Ibrahim Ousmanu samadulgu known in political circles as EBO is reported to have been arrested
For defiling a minor .It is been alleged that the young lady who happens to be the daughter of His fiancee was invited by the party officer to come and wash her things and ended up rapping the minor.
Reports suggest that the party communication officer warned the minor name withheld not to disclose the act to anyone if she wants to stay alive. The victim however confided in a relative .When contacted officials of DOVSU TESANO division were tight lipped about the issue. Efforts to reach officials of the NDC to react proved futile.
