Kwame Antwi-Frempong asserts that Ghanaian software developers can compete on a global scale.

 

He suggested that Ghanaian app developers might compete with Indian developers if they adopted the proper business strategy.

Another illustration was given by him: “I recently worked with a company that was based in Ghana but was managed by someone in the USA. An up-and-coming website and app developer was hired by us. He has previously completed various tasks for us. However, he vanished for almost two months after signing the second contract. He received calls, texts, emails, and other communications, but he didn’t reply to any of them. No, not ONE!

“I have come across a lot of excellent Ghanaian app developers. extremely capable young individuals. However, in my experience, something unforeseen always occurs. I have several instances at my disposal.

He responded to one complaint by saying, “This isn’t just idle criticism; I’m actually looking for methods to strengthen the connection between supply and demand. the people who require skills and the skills themselves.

Later, he emphasized the significance of not reserving all of Ghana’s IT space for those who were physically present on the continent. The truth is that if you work well in the IT industry, you can work and live anywhere.
