A 48-year-old woman in Assin Asamankese, Central Region, was reportedly attacked with hot soup over a 20 Cedis debt dispute

The victim suffered burns and was rushed to the hospital for treatment. The case was reported to the police, but the suspect has not yet been arrested. The incident highlights the serious consequences that disputes over debts can sometimes lead to, and it has caused public outrage.

The victim is seeking support from the public to cover her medical expenses as she recovers from the injuries sustained during the incident.
