This coincides with rumors that Kumah died in Germany.

The MP was actually getting ready to travel to Germany for medical care, but sadly passed away at the Suhum government hospital on Thursday, March 7, 2024, in the afternoon, according to a representative speaking with Accra FM.

Based on current reports, he reportedly paid a visit to his Ashanti region constituency on March 6, the day of the country’s independence.

According to Kwasi Owusu Twumasi, Dr. Kumah had been ill for a while and had trouble walking.

Doctors arrived at his home in Ejisu on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, to treat him; however, as his hearing grew worse, he required to be sent to Accra.

It was then that we became aware of his inability to walk normally. He was treated by doctors yesterday, March 6, but we have to take him to Accra since his condition is getting worse.
