According to Attorney-General Dr. Dominic Ayine, Adu Boahene amassed over GH₵39 million from the purchase of $7 million in cyber defence system software from an Israeli company, ISC Holdings Limited, in 2020 ¹. This revelation raises questions about the source of funds used for the acquisition of these properties.

Additionally, Adu Boahene is linked to Vertex Properties, a company that owns 27 houses in Oyarifa, each valued at $295,000. Investigators have also tracked two properties in London, although specific details are yet to be disclosed.

The Attorney-General has warned banks and financial institutions not to facilitate any transactions involving Adu Boahene’s assets or funds, as the Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC) actively tracks bank accounts linked to him and his wife.
