Rahman Baba
Baba Rahman has been justified despite the fact that he was injured and missed both games; the majority of Ghanaians had always been critical of his skills. Gideon Mensah filled his left-back position, but many believe he did not play to the best of his abilities in Ghana’s match against the US. As a result, he is unlikely to start in that position should Baba Rahman return from injury.
Even though Gideon Mensah gave one of the best performances in the Mexico game, he received a lot of flak during the Ghana-US match. Due to stated discontent, Gideon Mensah, who is competing with Baba Rahman for the left back position, may be benched in favor of Baba Rahman.
