Akufo-Addo addressing the victims of the Akosombo Dam spill: “I must try to assist you.”

The president asserts that a catastrophe of this magnitude necessitates government attention, and he will see to it that it is resolved.

President Akufo-Addo stated in his address to the Chief and people of Mepe that he is obligated to assist the populace and that it is not about votes or party allegiances.

“This is a fairly short visit for me. It is to express sympathy and sorrow for the catastrophe that has occurred with you.
