Davido, Burna Boy, and Asake were among the prominent Nigerian afrobeat musicians included in Mr. Obama’s 27-song list that was posted on X.

Rapper Stormzy, a Ghanaian native of the United Kingdom (UK), and female crooner Tems from Nigeria are also on the list.

The songs “Unavailable” by Davido, “Sitting on Top of the World” by Burna Boy featuring 21 Savage, “Amapiano” by Asake featuring Olamide, “Me & U” by Tem, and “Toxic Trait” by Stormzy completed the list of African musicians and musicians of African descent.
