My fellow chiefs, noble sons and daughters of the great Akuapem lands,
I greet you with humility and a deep sense of duty.
Today, I stand before you not merely as a chief, but as a servant of our people a true son of this sacred soil Ghana.

As custodians of our heritage, it is our sacred responsibility to safeguard the peace, unity, and prosperity of our land. Yet, I speak today with a heavy heart, for Akuapem our cherished home is not where it ought to be.

We are witnessing a troubling season where greed and selfish ambition have crept into our institutions.
Some among us, entrusted with leadership and authority, have turned their backs on the very people they swore to serve. Even within our systems of law and order, corruption has found a voice where truth is silenced and justice is sold to the highest bidder.

This is not the Akuapem our forefathers envisioned.
There is disunity among us. There is no lasting peace. Our youth wander without opportunity, without guidance, and without a clear path to a brighter tomorrow. Development has stalled, and the spirit of collective progress has been dimmed.

But my people, hope is not lost.
Let us return to the principles that once made Akuapem a beacon of wisdom and unity, integrity, respect, hard work, and love for one another.
Let us rise above division and work hand in hand for the good of our land.

If we, as chiefs and people, stand together in truth and purpose, no force can hinder the progress of Akuapem. The destiny of our people lies not in the hands of a few, but in the hearts of all who love this land.

Let us, therefore, commit ourselves to a new dawn one of peace, unity, and prosperity so that generations yet unborn will look back and say, this was the time Akuapem rose again.

May the Almighty guide our steps and bless Akuapem forever.
