A businessman said in court that the devil forced him to pregnant the lady and that he wasn’t ready to give birth, after his girlfriend dragged him there for neglecting to provide for their child.
Nigerian Maryam Muhammad filed a case with a Grade I Area Court in Kubwa, Abuja, requesting that her daughter’s father, Harisu Yahaya, be ordered to provide for the child’s maintenance.
Yahaya provided me an additional ₦2,000 for clothes for Sallah and paid me ₦2,000 for feeding, but she then disregarded our kid.
According to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), the petitioner stated in her plea, “I want the court to order him to provide for his daughter and pay her school fee.”
On Monday, October 30, 2023, Yahaya made an appearance in court and stated that he could not take care of their six-year-old daughter on his own, particularly given the school she is enrolled in.
