The Backward Classes Welfare and Tribal Development Departments of the West Bengali government have developed this programme to offer academic scholarships to SC, ST, and OBC students enrolled in pre-matriculated (class 9th and class 10th) and post-matriculated courses (UG, PG and diploma).
