She also disclosed that the EC has recruited 210,000 officials who will undergo training to effectively carry out their duties.

The EC chair also highlighted that the Commission now has complete data on all recruited staff, ensuring better management and coordination.

She also announced the filing fees for both presidential and parliamentary candidates in the upcoming December 7 polls.

She said the filling fee for the presidential election is GHS100,000 whiles the parliamentary candidates will pay GHS10,000.

Mrs. Mensa added that will waive 25 per cent of the filing fees for women and Persons With Disabilities(PWDs) as part of efforts to encourage greater participation.
