At the 100th anniversary of King Prempeh’s first homecoming from exile in the Seychelles, President Akufo-Addo and former First Lady Nana Konadu Agyeman-Rawlings were seen dancing peacefully together in a social media video.
On November 24, 2024, President Akufo Addo and Agymang-Rawlings were dancing to a tune by highlife artist Akwaboah in the video posted by Skia Official on X.
Additionally, they were observed dancing and chatting.
As Akufo-Addo whispered a word into her ear, Konadu Agyemang-Rawlings was beaming broadly.
The movie also showed Otumfour Osei Tutu II, the Ashanti Kingdom’s king, dancing joyfully with Lady Julia, his wife.
As artist Akwaboah performed one of his hit songs, “Obiaa,” featuring musician Cina Soul, a few dignitaries also graced the occasion.
