In his speech at the NPP’s manifesto launch in Takoradi, Western Region, Bawumia presented his vision for Ghana’s economic future, emphasizing the vital need for a strong private sector to spur growth and generate job opportunities for the young people of the nation.

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) presidential candidate Bawumia emphasized that his administration would prioritize fostering an atmosphere that encourages corporate growth.

He added that the government would lessen the bureaucratic roadblocks that frequently impede the expansion of businesses under his direction.

In order to enable Ghanaian companies to effectively compete on the international arena, he pledged to expedite procedures related to business registration, loan availability, and export facilitation.

In response to questions on unemployment, Bawumia emphasized that creating jobs will be a top priority for his administration.

He acknowledged the difficulties young people had in finding meaningful work and gave them the assurance that his government would put measures in place to give them the chances and skills they needed.

Bawumia also mentioned the role that digitization plays in spurring economic expansion.

He said that in order to create a more effective and transparent business environment, the current digital transformation projects will be extended to include other sectors.

Bawumia’s promise to put business and employment first is resonating with many Ghanaians who are ready for economic stability and prosperity as the presidential contest heats up.

Support for his message has come from a variety of sources; many see his experience as vice president as a strong basis for future leadership.

Bawumia has demonstrated a commitment to tackling some of Ghana’s most urgent economic issues by emphasizing business and job growth.

It’s possible that his pledge to foster a business-friendly atmosphere and provide jobs may play a major role in the next elections.

He further emphasized that the NPP’s choice to showcase its accomplishments shows the party’s dedication to accountability and openness.

According to him, this strategy not only highlights the NPP’s impressive record but also shows how much more it can accomplish.

“Our tradition, the Danquah-Dombo-Busia tradition, has not only been at the forefront of the rule of law and governance but also pioneers of life-changing policies and interventions,” stated Dr. Bawumia.

Additionally, Bawumia commended President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo for his part in putting Free SHS into action, which has positively touched millions of lives.
