The National Democratic Congress (NDC) is set to kick off its 2024 general election campaign today, Saturday, July 27, in Tamale, marking a strategic shift in its approach to directly engaging voters.
National Chairman Johnson Asiedu Nketia announced that the party will introduce a new campaign strategy this year, emphasizing door-to-door outreach efforts to connect more closely with constituents.
A key highlight of the campaign launch will be unveiling the NDC’s manifesto, outlining pivotal policies designed to tackle critical issues facing Ghana. These policies include proposals for establishing a 24-hour economy, eliminating ex-gratia payments, and facilitating the export of nurses to combat unemployment among health professionals.
