According to Citinewsroom.com, the small child reportedly alerted neighbors when the traditional leader went into his room to perform the act on him.

The chief fled the area to avoid danger after the locals learned of his claimed attempt to sexually abuse the child.

But before police officials could arrive and take the chief into arrest, the locals proceeded to his house and tried to lynch him.

According to reports, the dramatic incident happened early on Monday, October 23.

The chief was previously accused of similar behavior, according to Emmanuel Achirem, the assembly member representing the New Akrofuom electoral region, who confirmed the incident to Citi News.

In a related development, a 38-year-old Nigerian father was accused of sexually assaulting his minor sons by caressing their genitalia and buttocks indecently and forcing them to witness him engage in sexual activity with his spouse.

The Lagos State Government is suing the guy, Afeez Gbadamosi, in an Ikeja court for sexual offenses and domestic abuse.

Pulse.ng reports that Gbadamosi allegedly assaulted his two young sons, who are aged three and seven, sometime between 2021 and 2022, in front of the court chaired by Justice Abiola Sholadoye.
