The most powerful Black person in the United Kingdom is Edward Enninful.

Being ranked #1 on the Powerlist is an honor, Enninful said, expressing his sincere gratitude for the accolade.

In his opinion, the list highlights people that push boundaries and support diversity in their respective fields.

A wide range of outstanding people from a variety of industries, including business, science, technology, and the arts, are featured on the Powerlist 2024. Afua Kyei, the chief financial officer of the Bank of England, and Steven Bartlett, a well-known podcaster and star of the television program Dragon’s Den, are among the prominent individuals that made the list this year.
