Banking and Financial Sector Crisis:

On June 9 2022, the Special Prosecutor applied to the High Court, Financial Division, Accra for an affirmation of the freezing request. On July 12 2022, the High Court rejected the application. On July 19 2022, the Special Prosecutor documented a Notice of Appeal to the Court of Appeal, Civil
Division, Accra against the choice of the High Court.
