Employees at NPP Headquarters lament the leadership gap as rifts widen.

Disgruntled employees are drawing alarming parallels between the new General Secretary, Justin Kodua Frimpong, and his predecessor, John Boadu, which is contributing to the growing tensions at the NPP headquarters.

Employees are worried about what they see as a move toward a leadership style that is vile, avaricious, self-centered, and haughty.

Compared to the substantial Christmas parcels that were received during John Boadu’s administration, staff members now report a strong feeling of prejudice and disdain. An unnamed source disclosed that the majority of employees feel ignored and underappreciated, while a small number of people profit from resources that arrive at the headquarters.

Reports under Justin Kodua Frimpong purport that the office’s recent giveaways were split among just ten elected officers, raising concerns about the fair distribution of funds. A increasing number of national officials are voicing dismay and casting doubt on their role in the organizational hierarchy. There’s a lot of conjecture over Mr. Kodua’s reluctance to follow the National Chairman’s recommendation, which is adding to the general lack of enthusiasm at Party Headquarters.

There is more reason for concern about the way in which money meant for national officers’ welfare is being managed, and this has consequences for Mr. Kodua’s ability to lead and be competent. Members of the party are expressing sincere concerns about the way the party is handling its finances, particularly in light of alleged irregularities in the oversight of the District Assembly Election.
