Gloria Nana Ama Serwaa Nyarko’s commendation
It is necessary to honor Nana AMa Serwaa Nyarko, our Queen mother, rather than torment, threaten, and demonize her. Nana Ama Serwaa Nyarko is not like many Queen mothers who choose their own sons to be chiefs. Though she had the option of choosing one of her two biological sons, she made a brave and altruistic choice in choosing Dr. K. K. Sarpong.

Despite her direct nephews being among the competitors, Nana Ama Serwaa Nyarko’s decision demonstrates her passion for Offinso and its future growth. This judgment is exceptional and should be commended rather than denigrated and ridiculed, as was the case at the Asanteman Council. We express our gratitude to Nana Serwaa Nyarko once more for considering Offinso’s future. So, Nanahemaa Wankwa!
