In 2017, she was listed as one of Ghana’s 50 most influential people by Advanced Media.

The Health Legends Award was given to Mo Ho Y3 host Abigail in 2016, 2017, and 2018.

She was also recognized in 2020 when she received the Social Media Health Advocate of the Year Award for her efforts to promote healthy living and healthcare on social media, among other things.
