Outspoken media personality, Afia Schwarzenegger has expressed gross disappointment in the National Democratic Congress for abandoning her bosom friend, MzBel after she involved in an accident a few weeks back.

The radio cum TV presenter on Political Police show condemned the party for not visiting the musician following her accident at the beach.

The angry comedienne on the program which shows on TV Africa Tuesday evenings vowed not to campaign for NDC in the upcoming election.

Giving reasons for her new decision, the Political Police show host disclosed that executives of the party do not care about celebrities who campaigned for them ahead of the 2016 general polls but always want to appear at public events which will yield them political points.

Afia Schwarzenegger further said she cannot fathom why NDC would neglect Mzbel on her sick bed when she risked her life and career to campaign for the party during the previous election.

To her, NDC is a party which does not appreciate the effort of its supporters judging from how they have abandoned the ’16 Years’ singer but are seen at funerals and other events receiving fans.

The TV Africa presenter further revealed that NDC’s Kofi Adam’s called embattled Mzbel on phone asking her to join the party to attend the final funeral rites of the late Sper O.D even when he knew the musician was sick.

She went ahead to condemn NDC for splashing cash at the funeral of late Ebony who did nothing for the party during the previous election but have not spent time to visit Nana Akua Amoah Belinda aka MzBel who devoted herself for them during the 2016 polls.
